60% assorted cuts: Ribeye, NY strip, Sirloin, Short Ribs, Fajita Meat, Round, and 2-3 Roasts (Rump, Chuck, etc.) (Cuts vary by cow, but this is the average.)
35-40% of the best ground beef you've ever had! An 85/15 blend-perfect for tacos, burgers, meatloaf, and more.
 
Pickup Locations: Taos, Corrales, or Santa Fe. Delivery available at additional cost.
 
The remainder of your balance is due at pickup.
